Undeliverable Packages

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please make a video before opening the package and contact us immediately with the video proof and photos of the damage.

  • Sagespore will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company, and no refund or exchange will be provided in such cases.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
